Grooming Services – Our grooming services are designed to keep your pet looking and feeling their best. We offer full grooming sessions that include bathing, haircuts, nail trimming, and ear cleaning. Whether your pet needs a simple tidy-up or a full makeover, our experienced groomers use gentle techniques and high-quality products to ensure a safe and pleasant grooming experience.
Nails – Regular nail trimming is essential for your pet’s health and comfort. Overgrown nails can cause pain, posture issues, and even lead to injury. Our nail trimming service is quick, safe, and stress-free, helping to maintain your pet’s mobility and prevent future complications.

By Appointment Only – To ensure the highest level of care and attention, all services are available by appointment only. This allows us to tailor our time and resources to meet the specific needs of each pet and owner.
Weekend and Holiday Pick-Up Hours – For your convenience, we offer designated pick-up times on weekends and holidays. You may pick up your pet between 8:30–9:30 AM or 4:30–5:30 PM during these days. This schedule helps us maintain a calm and organized environment for all our guests.

What grooming services do you offer?

We provide full‑service grooming including bath & blow‑dry, brush‑out/deshedding, nail trim & file, ear cleaning, sanitary trim, and breed‑specific or owner‑preferred haircuts. Add‑ons (like teeth brushing, de‑skunking, paw pad care, or de‑matting) are available as needed.

How often should my dog be groomed?

Most dogs do well with grooming every 4–8 weeks, depending on coat type, lifestyle, and shedding. Double‑coated and doodle breeds may need more frequent brushing and grooming to prevent matting. We’re happy to recommend a schedule for your pup.

What vaccinations or health requirements do you need for boarding and grooming?

For the safety of all pets in our care, we require that dogs be current on core vaccinations (typically Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP)) and Bordetella (kennel cough) for boarding and daycare‑style play. Puppies must have completed age‑appropriate vaccine series. Dogs should arrive flea/tick‑free and in overall good health.

What should I bring when my dog boards with you?

Please bring, any medications in original containers with instructions, and a labeled leash/collar. You’re welcome to include a favorite blanket or small toy for comfort (non‑destructible items only). We provide clean bedding, bowls, and lots of care.

How do drop‑off and pick‑up work? Can I book specific times?

To keep pets calm and appointments on schedule, we book specific check‑in and pick‑up windows. For grooming, most visits are 3–4 hours depending on coat, behavior, and services. For boarding, we’ll confirm your check‑in/check‑out times when you book.
Running late? Please call us—late fees or rescheduling may apply during peak times so we can keep the day running smoothly.
